Zukunft des Wohnens
Die offenen Zukunftsfragen und daraus resultierende verschiedene Standpunkte rund um das Wohnen als eines der Kernthemen des menschlichen Daseins werden (dar)gestellt und kritisch diskutiert.
Lectures about typologies, forms of housing, history and thoeries of housing are added by seminars and workshops out of peripher realms of architecture. The main questions are questions about spatial aas well as social quality, questions about possible density, questions about future concepts of living and questions about gender.

Aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven wird der Einfluss von Ritualen, Zwängen oder Gewohnheiten auf unsere alltägliche Wohnpraxis untersucht werden, ebenso die Auswirkungen von Machtstrukturen und Geschlechterrollen auf unsere alltäglichen Lebens- und Wohnräume.

Formen des Wohnens „Temporäres Wohnen“
Es ist ein Hotelzimmer zu entwerfen, das auf eine spezielle Gästegruppe bzw. einen speziellen Gast zugeschnitten ist bzw. einer speziellen Hotelkonzeption entspricht oder für einem bestimmten Ort gedacht ist. Kein Standardzimmer, sondern ein Zimmer mit einem innovativen Raumkonzept!

The master plan by Adrian Geuze / West 8 for the port area Borneo Sporenburg in Amsterdam (NL) was supposed to generate an active, urban life. However, this has not happened, the housing units are too small, too few people live and work in the area. This is now to change.

From the perspective of anthropology, the influence of rituals, constraints or habits on our everyday housing practices will be explored, as well as the impact of power structures and gender roles on our everyday living and housing spaces.
