Wohngespräche
Unter dem Titel Wohngespräche werden in öffentlichen Talks historische, gegenwärtige und künftige Aspekte des Wohnens und des städtischen Zusammenlebens mit wechselnden Gästen diskutiert.
The "Housing in Context" module focuses on the in-depth study of housing in a specific context. The courses offered are intended to convey the range of influences on housing as structured parameters. On the one hand, housing is considered as the focus of social, urban and process-oriented spaces of action, and on the other hand, its spatial and architectural formulation is analyzed as a new context. The module is therefore less concerned with housing itself and more with the environment of housing and its effects on society and the (urban) landscape.

Ein besonderes Augenmerk wird in dieser Lehrveranstaltung auf partizipative Modelle, wie Baugruppen und Wohnkooperativen gelegt.

Themen, an denen sich der Wandel des Wohnens zeigt, sind u.a. Wertewandel, neue Wohn- und Haushaltsformen, Digitalisierung und neue Technologien sowie das sich verändernde Verhältnis von Wohnen und Arbeiten.

Wenn Wohnen selbst zur urbanen Landschaft wird, gilt es in weiterer Folge die feinen Bezüge und Qualitäten zu erarbeiten.
